STATEMENT OF CLIENTS' RIGHTS

When confronted by the police, you may inform them that your lawyer has told you not to talk to anyone about your case, not to answer any questions, and not to reply to any accusations.  Call my lawyer if you want to ask me questions, search me, search my property, or perform any tests, line-ups, or any other identification procedures.  I do not agree to any of these things without my lawyer present and I do not want to waive any of my Constitutional Rights.

If I am not under arrest, I want to leave.  If I am free to leave, please tell me immediately.
